The frequency of rewards is changing

We hereby return to the message of March 16, in which we announced that we would come up with a solution regarding the message of March 14, in which we indicated that we wanted to .

Conclusion is as follows; we will pay the basic wage and the overtime of weeks 6,7 and 8 on March 25th . The remainder will be paid as per the schedule below until the end of 2022.

With effect from 01-01-2023 we are looking for a four weekly , so that 13 times the basic wage with overtime is paid .

hereby a message about the salary. The Data2Track system cannot realize a 5 week salary, this has to be done manually by Data2Track employees, which is time-consuming. After consultation with them, we decided to switch to a monthly salary. Specifically, this means:

Example: month of March, including the overtime hours of March, will be paid on April 5, month of April, including the overtime hours of April, will be paid on May 5th.

This means that we pay separately for the overtime worked in the weeks [date 06-02 to 28/02]. We will pay them on 25 March to bridge the gap to 5 April.

Undoubtedly, this will cause some changes left and right, so make sure that automatic payment dates are adjusted where necessary.
